The property had a great view of the surrounding mountains, which made for a romantic and picturesque setting. the room was clean and well-presented, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. We also appreciated the convenient location, as it was within walking distance of the town center and provided easy access to various walks and bike routes.

The restricted check-in and check-out times, especially the early check-out by 10am. It felt excessive considering the late check-in time and the requirement to strip the beds and remove all linens, towels, and rubbish.

Was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and tidiness of the place. the owner, Barry, was really helpful in providing directions and making sure my check-in went smoothly. the accommodation was spacious, with a big sofa, dining table, and two bathrooms. the fully equipped kitchen was a great bonus. the location was perfect, close to walking trails and within easy walking distance to the town.

The beds in the second bedroom were a bit small and cramped, but they would be fine for children. Would have been nice if they were a bit more spacious.

My recent stay at a cozy lodge in a great location was truly enjoyable. The lodge itself was clean, well-equipped, and felt like a home away from home. The master bedroom was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable retreat. Additionally, the lodge had the added convenience of a dishwasher, making meal clean-up a breeze. The pictures online did not do justice to the lodge's charm and comfort.

There were a couple of drawbacks during my stay. the living room carpet and rug were quite dirty, making it uncomfortable to walk barefoot.

The lodge was nicely decorated and had a warm and cosy atmosphere. It provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living area. The location was also great, with easy access to the town center and nearby running and cycling routes. The hosts were helpful and provided detailed instructions for a smooth check-in process.

The TV reception was a bit unreliable, which was frustrating at times, especially when the weather was unsettled. However, the WiFi connection was reliable, allowing us to watch TV on our iPad as a backup option.

The owner was welcoming and helpful, modern and homely, amazing shower, close to Aviemore and Rothiemurchus, walking distance to town and train station, luxurious and spotless.

We had an exceptional family stay in a lovely lodge in an ideal location. the chalet was warm and cosy, with beautiful furnishings and homely touches throughout. the high specification and spotlessly clean facilities made for a comfortable stay. the central location allowed us easy access to amenities, restaurants, and takeaways. It was the perfect base to explore the breathtaking Cairngorms National Park and Highlands.

The train passing by on the nearby track could be a bit loud at times. .

The location was convenient, being in close proximity to the town center and various walking routes. In addition, the hosts were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to meet our requests, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable.

We were disappointed by a few aspects of our stay. the check-in and check-out times were quite restricted, which limited our flexibility.

The lodge was absolutely fantastic! It was beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail and high standard of the cabin exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated the travel cot provided for our little one, making our stay even more convenient.

Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the tight parking space between the caravans and occasional TV reception issues, they did not significantly impact our overall experience. The WiFi was excellent, allowing us to watch TV on our iPad.

The location of the lodge was great, with restaurants, pubs, and shops nearby. It was also within walking distance of the quad bike meeting point, making it convenient for outdoor activities. The facilities at the lodge were impressive, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

There were a few downsides to our experience. the cleanliness of the bath was not up to par, as there were hairs in it upon arrival.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dunroamin Lodge. It was the perfect location for us, with easy access to all the attractions in the area. The lodge itself was clean and well-equipped, making us feel at home right away. The host was very friendly and provided excellent communication throughout our stay. We especially loved the view of the trains passing by, which made our 4-year-old extremely happy. we highly recommend this lodge for anyone visiting Aviemore.

Everything we needed was provided and the place was clean and comfortable. the hosts were communicative and helpful. We had an amazing week in Aviemore, made even better by the fabulous weather. We would definitely consider staying at this wee gem again in the future.
